“Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. “The main issue I came across was the tv didn’t work, we were unsure about wifi and the faucet turn on valve was loose making it harder to use.
We always had parking infront of our room and check in and check out was super fast and simple.
The staff we interacted with for check in/out were super nice and helpful about food options around us.
We absolutely plan to stay here for our trip out next time”

“Definitely worth the stay because it was quiet, clean, and affordable.
The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask.
My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue.
We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families.”

“Our hotel room was clean and had the appliances that we needed, all for a good price. More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice -- over all though the food was fresh, hot, and good. Front desk hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was safe and easy, however, the parking lot could have been more clean... as there were old paper bags / shopping bags in the parking lot. ”
