“The resort was clean, had great service, shows, food options and amenities but the last day we tried the slides and we all ended up injured. Although my family consists of larger people, on the quad tub slide we were not warned that going ion this slide could result in neck injury. “Los huéspedes del piso de arriba dejaron prendido su jacuzzi, haciendo un ruido terrible de tubería en nuestro cuarto, tardaron horas en llegar (2am) y no pudieron hacer nada en mi cuarto pero tampoco molestar a los de arriba, ni cambiarme de cuarto, tuve que esperar hasta medio día del día siguiente para que “les enseñaran a usar el jacuzzi” y parara el ruido.. imposible dormir”
