Hotel a Cataract

“Upon checking into our room we used the bathroom and there was hair and toilet paper on the floor in the corner. Absolutely disgusting.”

“The entire experience was awesome from the friendly checkin staff to the beautiful aesthetic (the arrowhead lodge shines through) the clean and cozy room with NO hallway noise, the great bartender and the beautiful cafe/bar area. “The staff was very friendly. They had two gambling machines in the hallway next to the pool. Which was pretty awesome. I won $200. My mother-in-law won 100 bucks the bathrooms in the hotel room were not the cleanest they could use a little updating. To be honest the hotel and the hallway just had a very strong smell of the Indian culture. Like someone was cooking food or something. Strong spices in the air. Expedia charged me $189. “While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.”
