“As someone who's stayed in 1-2 star hotels before, I felt like I knew what I was getting. A somewhat clean bed and a usable bathroom... that's all I ask for. However this place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. For the bathroom: the toilet had fecal matter still inside it (flushing didn't help), there wasn't any shower curtains nor towels, and the toilet and shower were extremely dirty. For the bed: the bedsheets were ripped in multiple places with visible fluid stains, the mattress was also stained in...

“Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless”

“One of the best hotels I have stayed at in awhile. From the amenities, the staff, proximity to activities, it had so much to offer. Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was packed at my time of arrival. The valet had their work cut out for them with all those guests but they really were working hard to keep things flowing. I really look forward to another stay here if I’m ever back in the area.”
