“We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary celebration trip at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. Our room was ready early. It was clean and spacious, with a lovely ocean view. The pool was clean with plenty of space for adults and families. Both the pool and hot tub were open early and late. We really appreciated and enjoyed evening swims. “What a great stay. This property has lots to offer. The state park across the street is easy walking distance and beautiful. The pool and grounds are well kept and enjoyable. Our room had a small kitchen and cool AC. The building is older but definitely unique. We would love to return. ”

“Well appointed condo right on the beach! Also had nice amenities for the price (gym, ping pong, pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball, and tennis all free!) It is owned by a time share company - I was signed up for a presentation but declined because they changed the terms of my rewards. To summarize - the place and staff are great if you are just renting, but I don't recommend the timeshare part.”

“Very convinient and safe property, most of the things to to with kids is in walking distance, love the ocean view from my room,apartment had everything i needed to get by, washer and dryer in the apartment was huge plus. Kids loved the swimming pools, lazy river and water slide, looking forward to visit same property next year”

“This was one of the nicest units I have stayed in. Very peaceful. I found this unit very last minute but the manager was still very accommodating and got us in smoothly. The beach is across the road but worth every step. ”

“Perfect for a family getaway”

“It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!! ”
