Soltanto da pochi anni i nuovi proprietari hanno iniziato il restauro dell'immobile, restituendolo al passato splendore, conservando l'aspetto originale (decorazioni delle pareti e dei soffitti, illuminazione) e arredandolo con mobili d'epoca. “Everything was immaculately clean and well organized, check-in process had several steps but was automated and easy. Loved the location, short walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and subway. ”

“While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. ”

“Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.”

“Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. ”
