Chalet a Central Massachusetts

“We made a reservation for a suite, but I didn't pay attention to the beds (king bed and sofa bed). The staff looked at our reservation and saw that there were 4 guests total and upgraded our room for us so that we had a room with a king bed and a shared room with 2 queens. AND they made this change before we even arrived. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Convenient to my work, close to many amenities, nicely maintained and operated.”

“Our room had a tub with no way to stop water from draining. The bathroom had facial hair on sink and vanity. Fridge appeared to have not been cleaned out after previous guests. The Queen bed had only three pillows and no extra blankets or anything in closet.”

“Completely renovated older property. Clean and convenient location. Price was right for the area and the rooms were clean with newer interiors. Breakfast was average for this price point. Dimple at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay there again if back in the area.”

“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera standard, quindi ok.

“The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My only concern is that housekeeping cleaned up our room while we were gone (which is perfectly fine) but the door caught on the flooring and we came back to our door wide open. Luckily nothing was missing, but i wish they would have double checked that the door closed before moving on.”
