“The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.”

“We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)”

“Even though construction was going on , THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, the INSIDE OF THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH! The breakfast was amazing!! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME!! PARKING OK BUT OVERALL AN AMAZING STAY experience! We will be returning to this hotel when visiting my son and his family! Thank you all for such an amazing job and even though the construction was happening you all made us feel comfortable and made sure our stay was fenomenal! Thank you!!!”
