“This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. “When my mom and I first got there there was no one at the desk and there was another couple waiting to be helped. The guy didn’t come out from the back room for 10 min. After he helped the couple, I gave him my ID and credit card I reserved the room with and was told he couldn’t accept my card because the last blame didn’t match what was on my ID. “The air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was very hot when we arrived. We alerted the staff and they came up and replaced the unit while we were out. The staff was helpful, the bed comfortable, great room for the price especially the weekend we were there.”
