“Great stay!”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“I thought everything was really nice. One of the things that I absolutely noticed and it was done on purpose. I’m sure because you have absolutely no seating for people at all outside the pool area. You’ve got a huge area back there and nowhere to sit down have a cup of coffee enjoy besides being having to go to the pool or not getting your choice to sit down outside and second was you guys close down the beach at 7 o’clock and wouldn’t allow people to sit down there, which is ridiculous because...

“Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

“The staff was very helpful, room is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay Although I didn’t get a chance to try the small cafe downstairs due to the fact they close at 10am.”

“Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. ”

“Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. “Beautiful room! Excellent restaurants and casino! We will definitely be back!”

“These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. ”
