“Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. “The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see...

“One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Even though this hotel is off a busy road it was so quiet! I didn't even hear any of the traffic or other guests that were staying there. I am planning on staying here again in mid-February.”
