“Posizione comoda e atmosfera accogliente. Ottimo anche per lavorare, ambienti open e informale, ben organizzato con tavoli per co working, sedute, tavolinetti intorno ad un bel bancone bar. Le camere sono piccole ma ben organizzate sembrano delle capsule . Ottima colazione Personale gentile Pulizia ok Vi tornerei.”

“Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.”

“hotel monto confortevole in zona se pur non centralissima ma ben servita e molto più tranquilla e riservata .Ottimo servizio spa eccellente cibo servizio in camera e eccellente disponibilità del personale nell'aiutarti in caso di necessità così come nell'esaudire qualsiasi tua richiesta in maniera eccellente e tempestiva.Unica piccola pecca vista la tipologia dell'hotel e il servizio di alto livello è la pulizia nelle camere e nella piscina.Il tutto molto grossolano e superficiale in parte...

“The Wall Street hotel e’ un bellissimo albergo con camere molto eleganti e non eccessivamente piccole per lo standard di New York. Il Financials district è perfetto per Brooklyn, 9/11 Memorial e Statua della Libertà e con una buona passeggiata si raggiungono Tribeca e Soho. Il Direttore dell’albergo è stato estremamente gentile offrendoci una colazione per alleviare il disagio di aver perso una notte a causa della perdita di coincidenza del nostro volo. “Posizione tranquilla lontana dal caos di times square… ”

“Room was clean. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms the balcony was extremely small. no chairs or anything out there we didn’t even end up using it. Our AC unit was broken it was just blowing out luke warm air on a 90 degree day outside. was brutal. brought it to staffs attention they said they’d take a look at it tomorrow but that was the day we were checking out so that didn’t really help us. Overall besides AC was a nice experience ”
