“Good”

“Unclean…. Fire hazard… elevator didn’t work and emergency exit was blocked off”

“Stafff were very helpful”

“This was an unexpected bargain. The room and the bathroom were very large and clean.”

“Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. ”

“I like that the elevator was close to front door for my mother.”

“The front desk staff has always been pleasant. Just hope the Owner doesn’t get confused if you pay for an upgrade like a late check-in. Very graph very uninviting. Not good for a solo traveler, and it is moldy and musky two out of three rooms in my experience with this hotel it’s true.”

“Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...

“Clean room”

“This is an ok hotel for the price but the freeway noise was surprisingly loud. ”

“Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...
