“From start to finish (I can’t believe we made it) this hotel was a mess. I wasn’t arriving to a Hampton Inn expecting luxury, but also not the stay we had either. First, the room we were provided smelled of mold and mildew. We asked for a change of rooms in which they gave us the room directly next door… which also smelled of mildew (these were on the ground floor). We mentioned the problem again & they said we can leave (it’s 1:30am). Eventually we were provided another room & that room smelled...
