Hotel a Clarksville

“I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“This property is like staying in a private waterfront park. Incredibly nice setting with playground facilities and riverfront lounge area. The rooms are equally impressive - excellent use of a smallish space. Everything in the room looked brand new and practically unused. And to top it off - free breakfast! This is an astounding value for the money. Highly recommended!”

“1st off the rooms were very nice seems like they were just recently redone. The breakfast was ok same thing every day. The pool needs drained and re-painted same with hot tub And it was a little dark in pool room. The ad says there's a pool table, there's no pool table. The young guy at the front desk was VERY nice and helpful. The door cards were very poor we had our cards reset about 10-12 times in 3 the days. The other workers were nice but not much English. Parking was good the carpet...

“The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it.”

“We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question.”
