“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse...

“I messed up and scheduled a day short for my stay. The general manager was beyond friendly and helped me get another room, even though they were booked it wasn’t the same room, but at least it was a room in the hotel and I didn’t have to change hotels. “This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. ...

“This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.”

“The Hotel was great as were the staff. The dislike regarded a customer with truck and trailer who found it appropriate to take five parking spaces for his needs when there were other options he could use. I say he because I saw him in the morning start up his truck and leave.”

“I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin. Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Check in and out very smooth....

"Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile. Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile. Ti senti le molle compresse addosso. Non va. Per il resto, mediocre."
