Hotel a Complesso Residenziale Kahala Beach Estates

“Our room was clean but old. The baseboards were missing, wall paper was torn, curtains were wrinkled and the shower floor was corroded. We were woken up at 8:00 a.m. with loud banging on the roof continued for about 1 hour, no warning. Parking was overcrowded had to park on the curb.”

“Was not a breakfast buffet like I thought. Pretty average for hotels where breakfast is served. Yogurt, cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, sausage links & biscuits.”

“Hallways had water and hazard signs up, mildew smell, room smelt funny too the pool was closed and towels smelt like mildew”

“Super clean. Very friendly. New. Limited parking spaces for hotel that size. So you want to get in the lot not too long after dinner.”

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“This was not the stay I was thinking. Had to call and ask for toilet paper. Front desk was very nice and brought it up. There was not any bath soap.”

“The hotel itself was very nice clean and efficient. However, the neighborhood that the hotel was located wasn’t the greatest.”

“The room was clean. The staff was wonderful and very patient, parking was acceptable and seemed safe, and great air-conditioning. It may have been an issue of timing, but the continental breakfast seemed a little skimpy. PS doesn’t hurt to have the Waffle House within walking distance ha ha”

“Filthy Hotel, poorly maintained. Found a dirty, damp washcloth in the shower with two used bars of soap. Stains on the sheets and sand in one of the beds. Dusty, smudged flooring.”
