“We had a wonderful stay in University City! The house was very spacious and had plenty of amenities, making it perfect for our large group. Everyone had enough room to relax and enjoy the stay comfortably.One of our favorite features was the private backyard, which gave us a nice outdoor space and made the property feel even more private. Parking was another huge plus. Parking can be difficult to find in this area, but we had no trouble finding street parking right in front of the house...

“We had an amazing girls weekend. The house was spotless on arrival. Slight difficulty accessing the key pad for entry due to a dead battery, but this was no one's fault. Plenty of places within a 10-minute walk. Other areas of interest were less than a 10-minute Uber ride. Great home in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home & would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”
