“I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist.
I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property.
Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice.
But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering.
We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer...

“I stayed in the Cabins. And it was awesome! The room was sprayed with some type of cologne which was nice to smell upon entering it. It had robes and rubber sandals, but no ironing board or steamer. There was a safe though along with a Bluetooth clock stereo. The bed was more in the soft side but the pillows they had were extra fluffy. The bathrooms are in a shared space in the hallway, they’re are so clean and get cleaned regularly throughout the day. There’s garaged parking that does cost a...

“Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side”
