Listen, great views. Cold ac, Great bed so comfortable! This property is great if you’re never in your room and you’re just looking for a place to stay. It definitely could use some upgrading. We felt safe but the walls are thin and you hear everything. I know this sounds like a bad review an it’s truly not, it’s just on the lower end of places we have stayed, but has everything you need.. just very dated and questionable. The elevator looks sus but it works just fine.. communication is great, if someone put a little money into renovation, this place would be so cute

The building was very old, under construction and very unsafe. There were pieces of the building hanging from 15 -20 ft in the air blowing in the wind that had Rusty Nail sticking out of it, directly over the handicap spot we chose we had to park in another area. The building did not have working fire alarms which is totally against the city fire code when people are inhabiting the building. The rental itself had a smoke alarm that kept beeping every minute all night which prohibited sleep. There were signs of black mold throughout the rental and building.
This is where high powered electric lines are dangling outside being pushed by the conduit that they're supposed to be in. This is a major fire hazard and the fire alarms do not work in the building.
Vent in the elevator approximately 8 ft in the air..almost falling off.

Smoke detector continued to beep all day and night due to smoke alarms being worked on in the building. Location was great. Overall communication was good. Pool is heated that was a plus. Super close to the beach!

The space is very small which I can overlook if the space was clean. It wasn’t. There are no pics of the bathroom because the shower doesn’t feel or appear safe. The toilet is cheap, not made for adults. I communicated with Eric, the host, about my need for a clean space and he assured me that it would be. He obviously didn’t check. Check in went fine. Eric told me ahead of time that the elevator was broken so we expected that inconvenience. The balcony would have been a lovely extension of the space was defiled by bird feces. The metal patio and chair set was very rusted and unsafe in appearance. The view from the balcony is beautiful but the widespread bird poop made it very uncomfortable and unsafe. We left early and I did tell the host the issues we encountered before posting this review. His response was calculated, very AI- like.
