Ville a Costa di San Diego

“This is a very cute place.”

“Wonderful location, nice property and great beach view. It’s like being home. Would definitely stay again.”

“Granted it was a heat wave but it was brutally hot.”

“Location is great - right on the water and walkable to everything. Amenities and furnishings are very sparse; less furnishings than shown in pictures. Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. “Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”

“The place was perfect for short stay to visit with my US Marine. Awesome views. Walking distance to everything. Appreciated being able to rent for one night. My only ask would have been a couple K Cups for coffee. That would be a nice touch for the price you pay. ”

“This was an impressive property right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had al the amenities for beach vacations.”

“Beautiful stay, very clean and comfortable. Amazing views, easy beach access. Manager was usually very quick to respond. They had beach chairs and an umbrella which was appreciated! ”

We went out of the house only to get essentials and food . All of us spent all the time inside and enjoyed all the facilities . The house was clean ,had all the amenities and appliances like coffee maker , toaster to make a few .. they had plenty of towels and 2 washer/dryer so didn’t have to wait long to...
