“Had to wait at the front desk to check in because the young man in charge was on the phone with a customer with a billing issue. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The hotel was good, but the service, including shuttle was not. 4 of us were signed up for 4 am trip to the airport, and 12 people were waiting at 4. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk.”

“I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall. The hotel handled it pretty quick. I was kinda disappointed there was no bathtub but the room was clean and the cleaning people while walking through the hall to leave were very nice and the front desk...
