“The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area, and within walking distance of a couple of nice resturants. The breakfast at the hotel, was very nice. We woud definitely stay there again if in the area.”

“The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. However. Our room was NOT clean at all. The microwave was disgusting, the fridge was dirty. The beds had hair in them and there were someone's dirty socks left behind. The breakfast was a 0☆ as it was watered down orange juice, waffles and snack cakes.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful but the pool had ants in it and there wasnt many options for breakfast. The shower was very slippery, it needs a grab bar inside of the shower not just outside of it, and the room handles were hard to open”

“In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“Thank goodness the room floors are hardwood because the carpet in the hallways was badly stained everywhere and not well maintained. The staff was nice/friendly but I would likely pay a bit more just to stay in a place that is much cleaner.”
