“The property was as pictured, and the interior was decorated nicely. The breakfast was the same every day and merely adequate. Snacks and coffee were available throughout the day. There is a large parking area which we did not use. I found some of the staff to be less than helpful. We had a stopped-up toilet in our room and reported it immediately. “The room was over $500 a night. For that we found the following: 1. The air conditioner split in the wall was filthy. Black sooty gunk right where the air comes out. 2. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we used the spare loose roll that was on a table. 3. Not enough hooks in the bath so we pulled in a small side table to hold the towels. 4.
