Hotel storici in Caraibi

“Hotel storico in fase di ristrutturazione.Aria condizionata rumorosa”

“Buona struttura ed ottima posizione.”

“It has been one of the worst hotel stays that we have had. Very slow check-in. Dirty and badly cured room and bathroom. We did not sleep for an entire night since the air conditioner was in “error” and they had an awful noise coming from their plumbing. The room looked on a common area where people passed so we could not open the windows. People try to help without results. The staff was good in giving advice about restaurants and places to visit. We did not have any answers to our complaints.”

“Villa Herencia is a local traditional hotel with cute clean rooms, equipped with AC. It’s located in the centre of Old San Juan and all the shops/restaurants/coffees and the nightlife are nearby. The staff is really kind and helpful. The only problem is the parking. If you have your own car you are obligated to park it in Cathedral’s parking lot which costs 27$ a day.”

“camera familiare grandissima con soggiorno e cucina. il bagno un po piccolo”

“Generally 7-Star! What I did not like was the constant music blaring through the lawn speakers from noon to 5pm. If people like that music, keep it to places where you can expect it, not everywhere on the property. You cannot nap in the afternoon because low-frequency bass and drumbeats hit your eardrums. We city folks like the sound of the waves and gentle breeze instead.”

“Location and History”

“Abbiamo avuto una stanza al piano terreno senza finestra ma assolutamente silenziosa e confortevole. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. ”
