“I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for.”

“Resort piuttosto vecchio e maltenuto, con stanze ampie e sostanzialmente pulite. Personale lentissimo e a volte poco disponibile. Servizio in spiaggia pessimo, perché ti toglievano gli ombrelloni se solo ti allontanavi per un’ora. Mare molto bello, cibo di buona qualità, con molta scelta. È un compromesso per chi non vuole spendere tanto, ma essere davanti ad una bella spiaggia ”

“Everything was amazing, even down to when I fell off the motorized scooters ( which are super dangerous and should come with multiple warning labels) . Staff was helpful. As a RN I was able to nurse my abrasions but highly recommend moving them away from drinking areas. ”

“So many wonderful things about this resort. Check-in was quick and seamless, we arrived before our check-in time, we were given wrist bands to enjoy the resort until our room was ready. They have a change room if you need it. Everything was clean and fresh. Activities were plentiful whenever you needed them. Staff was quick to help. Food was always stocked and you never had to wait for than a few minutes for anything, if you had to wait. The only disappointment was the specialty restaurants,...
