“I had a terrible experience. The first night everything was fine, but the following nights were worse. In the room next to mine, the TV would turn on automatically at 2 a.m., making me uncomfortable. Furthermore, drunk people were making a lot of noise, knocking on our door. Disgusting. I asked for a refund at least for the nights I didn't sleep because of the TV (very loud), and they told me they couldn't, that these things aren't their fault and that I'm a light sleeper.
