“While the people working at the resort are spectacular and the amenities (pool and beach) are great as well - this resort has the WORSE management I have experienced in a long time. First, we booked 2 queen beds for our room during booking. Once arriving at the resort, we were told that your trip booking through Expedia are ONLY considered “requests” and because of that, they were unwilling to accommodate us any other way.
