We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

“Clean the front desk was very pleasant. The only thing i would like to request is alil more breakfast options and a better way to cook the food. Other than that i thinks its a great place to stay thats why i keep coming back!!”

“We often stay here while traveling thru Roanoke. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants. The room was spacious. I love having a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. I do wish there were a few coffee mugs, and not just very small coffee cups. Also, our room only had one fork in the drawer. There is no breakfast offered, but there is coffee and hot water in the lobby. ”
