“The hotel is decent. If you don’t want to be in a random building you have to specifically pick Hotel Rome. The walls are very thin and we could hear every movement of other guests. The room was cleaned but the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish and there were gnats everywhere in the room. The staff was phenomenal and we loved the parks but the hotels absolutely need work. It was fun but I doubt we will stay there again.”

“The TV didn’t have a remote. Got one at the front desk. That didn’t work. They called maintenance. Got tired of waiting for them. Went back down. Canceled my second day stay. Told him to skip maintenance. There was no soap or shampoo. The air-conditioning barely cooled. When we left the next morning, I told him at the desk about the air conditioning and he was aware of it. He says that the working on them. If you’re a senior, this is not the place for you.”

“Great propety right on the water. Clean and getting stuff into the room was seamless. Really enjoyed ourselves there. Is also in a good staging spot to enjoy the area.”
