“Our room was fine, however we asked for a room with a balcony. The balcony was kind of nasty. There were a lot of bugs all over the balcony. I understand bugs can be a nuisance at certain times, but we couldn’t even go onto the deck. The balcony was dirty, and the screen was broken. I did tell the front desk and they had someone come and spray, and they fixed the screen but nothing was swept up. There was too much dirt, leaves, pine needles and bugs to enjoy sitting outside.
