“Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was ok at best. They didn’t make our bed or provide fresh towels. Went to front desk to discuss. Was told that we should have been told at check in that unless we asked they don’t enter room during our stay. We didn’t tell us. She did give me fresh towels. It was graduation weekend and we paid over $400 per night for two nights. They should have made our bed! Place needs a refresh! ”

“The front desk clerk Joyce was as kind as can be. Our room was clean. The bathroom was large. The happy hour and snack time was great! The breakfast was delicious! It was worth the money. ”

“It was a place to stay while visiting my sister at UF shands hosp. She’s been there 90 days after liver transplant. The place was exactly what I expected for $70 night. Wasn’t expecting 10 when I only paid for 3. When leaving reviews ppl should remind themselves you get what you pay for. If you want more amenities or updated room don’t reserve one at $70 night stay. Thank you to red roof. I can say who’s ever running this place needs to get more help and I wish they would clean...

“The room was dark, damp & musty smelling. Breakfast was unappetizing, coffee icky! I stopped at McDonalds after I left! Definitely not worth $186. More like $50. Would not recommend!”

“Gator Town was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice so I have no complaints about that. The information on Expedia and when you lookup the hotel on Google does say that the hotel has a pool and I was very disappointed when we arrive at 8PM and the man on the front desk said that the pool does not work. I had specifically chose that hotel to make sure that we had a pool at my bathing suit. The information should be updated online because I'm probably not the only person that came...
