The staff was always so kind to us, never complaining about us being in the area. We were not loud nor did we leave a mess. We felt welcome and will return again for our next group occasion!! ”

The rooms were very reasonable - especially as it was spring break - clean, super comfortable beds. The sheets were actually a bottom fitted sheet - nice. Lots of pillows and light duvet. “Decent room clean space, front staff seemed kind of indifferent, just ok, nothing to rave about.”

“My sisters surgery at Shands was postponed and they charged me the full price for both nights! Didn't even let me cancel with a 1 night penalty. That is inhuman.”

She Apologized and then proceeded to blame it on employees not reporting. My observation is no one management checked the bathrooms for months. On top of that. Even though they apologized. I was told by management that I cannot receive a refund because we booked through Expedia. Not cool. ”
