“Great location! Very clean quiet & close to shopping centers food etc”

“I don’t understand I went to there twice and had to pay $10 twice. Said it was hold would go back on my credit card and never did. I told the lady and she said it’s up to my bank. I don’t understand that someone needs to return me $20 I still haven’t seen it in my bank statement.”
