“The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We liked the pool bar and food options. We liked how close we were to the beach and the ability to rinse off before heading to the pool. We disliked the gym since both the treadmill and bike were broken. Also having the elevator broken made it difficult to get to our room quickly each day, at one point both elevators were down and climbing stairs to the 6th floor...

“Our room was perfect! Excellent beach view in a requested no-smoking room. The staff was always courteous. The supplied breakfast choices were good. The coffee was fresh brewed and good. The fresh made omelets were made to order by a very fine young lady chef. The pool was nice and not crowded. The short walk to the white sand beach was beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation at the Sleep Inn Orange Beach.”

“We stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed it . The room was spacious ( king suite) and handy to the elevators, very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!”

“We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family”

“The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.”

“My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...

“The property was very nice and clean! All of the Staff was so nice, helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely book again! Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. I left my ring and the housekeeping kept it until I came back! The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit area was great for sitting and relaxing!”

“The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They do not have regular pillows. They have decorative pillows. Small square ones.”
