“We had no hot water 5 days!!! Front desk workers were very unsympathetic. Manager, Rob, was no where to be found! No AC in hallways so very hot. AC was loud and didn’t work very efficiently. There was also some sort of vent in the hallway that was so loud! Half of the tv channels didn’t work”

“Our room was on the third floor and was two floors (bed and one bathroom upstairs), which was different. I wouldn't recommend that setup if you're trying to avoid stairs. Otherwise, the room was nice for our one night there.”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was clean, and well appointed with all of the things you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels annd extra pillows. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean some of our beach laundry! Location was great! The grounds were beautiful, but sadly, there was a bit of trash around and lots of trash in the lagoon by the pool. Did not seem to be something that was taken care of regularly. The pools were...

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”

“Microwave and fridge was cool, but we paid 40 dollars for a single breakfast plate? Frankly pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Parking was also super far, minor annoyance. Okay hotel, but for 270 for 1 night (2 bed room) I was disappointed”
