“Room was fairly clean. Parking was fine. The bed broke when my wife sat on it (140lbs). When we called to complain, nobody was there to help. A new room was offered but the original room was part of a joined room reservation so we stayed not to disturb my daughter and her friends next door and they had no more joined rooms available. We were uncomfortable sleeping in fear that it would keep breaking if we moved. Channels on TV were horrible and couldn't connect to prime or netflix. View out...

“It's a very new hotel and they are still sorting out a few details like signs (we found the entrance after a brief adventure). Room is huge with nice robes, towels and toiletries. Shower was great. Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby. ”

“Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Typical breakfast, I have stayed at several IHG properties and the only inconsistencies I found were with the breakfast. Some have gluten free muffins or other products for individuals with gluten allergies. ”

“Well to start with this is not a hotel, its a motel. The kind that make you question which scary movie you've just entered into. Dated with a capital D. The place is pet friendly but thats because it already smells like cat piss. The beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included but most things were not edible. The bananas were so green you couldn't peel them. Kitchen staff overbearing and tried to correct us when making our food. ...
