“It was not what I was expecting. As soon as you come into the facility there was an odor. When I got into my room the odor was worse and it was very hot. The AC was set on 78 degrees and the refrigerator did not work. The room was clean but was in need of updating. I went to the front desk to ask where the ice machine was. She informed me where it was and I ask if they had an ice bucket or bag to put some ice in and she said no. I will not be staying there again.”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD.
