“Owner very friendly and went above and beyond when my husband and daughter’s uber driver cancelled their ride to the airport 1 minute before Pick up as they checked out. With no other options he truly saved the day and they made flight on time. Beautiful room and house is incredibly accessible to those visiting SVU”

“Great stay. A new place and it was nice. Really everything as we expected from the listing. It fit our needs perfectly. Communication with the hosts was greeted with an immediate response, although there wasn't much need for it. All went well. ”

“This house is our home away from home! We book it at least once a year, and we love Karen and her family! They are super sweet hosts, and the house is so pet friendly. Our cavalier Sidney thinks of it as home, and she goes straight for her sweet dog bed left by the host in her cubby hole. Honestly, the neighborhood is great, the area has lots to do, and you will not be disappointed!”

“The room and property as a whole was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The basic amenities like coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. are all standard quality. The hallways and the room smelled a little smokey, but were very clean and no stains on the sheets. I wish that the breakfast included a protein like eggs or sausage, but everything else was good. Parking was free. Overall, a great stay and would absolutely consider staying again if in the area.”

“Parking was well lit, close and ample. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. While the hotel proper held beautiful elements of it's almost 200 year history, the rooms themselves were basic Hampton Inn variety. It didn't bother us in the least. Breakfast was about what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. I found the choice for kielbasa sausage as a meat option, versus bacon and breakfast sausage, a little odd for breakfast, but it was good. I wish they'd had grits or biscuits...

“Breakfast was what we expected - basic continental breakfast. Room was decent but the bathroom wasn’t clean when we checked in. Overall convenient - right off the highway, plenty of parking. Good for a quick overnight stop on a long roadtrip. ”

“The hotel is close to downtown Lexington. The hotel walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the hall to the adjacent rooms. The room was a good size and we had the Mountain View’s from the window. Beds were comfy. Breakfast didn’t have many options. The reception staff was very nice.”

“The room this week and last week were both clean. Last week the AC was not working in the room and it got quite warm. This week everything was perfect and the front desk staff told me that all of the rooms AC have been reviewed and are now working properly.”
