“Location of the elevator is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way to one end to use it and then walk all the way back to the other end where the room was. Hotel was pretty good otherwise. Area around the hotel is a bit run down”

“Loved it and would stay in the future. Unfortunately we weren’t in Asheville for very long so we didn’t explore the property as much as I would like but it’s literally minutes from downtown and all staff was very nice. They also provide a shuttle if you don’t feel like driving ”

“Front desk was extremely nice and accommodated my request. The room as always was very clean, has a pleasant, updated appearance. For the price, it’s a solid place to stay and save money for shopping downtown or enjoying Biltmore house which is just down the street. ”

“Clean, quiet, excellent service. Easy parking or valet both are same price. Took my dog and everyone was very welcome. Walkable to some downtown spots like the grove arcade. Comfortable bed, black out curtains and again quiet. ”

“So many options within such a short walk.... shopping restaurants and Harraha's Event Center is just a block away. The staff is so extremely friendly and couldn't go out of their way more to make our stay more enjoyable. LOVE THIS PLACE! We will definitely be back..SOON!”
