“No hot tub (as advertised) pool was not heated and way too much chlorine, we were all still suffering the next morning. Coffee looked like tea, walls are paper thin, we heard every voice and step outside and above us. The sundries were pitiful. Not even bottled water was available. The shower was ok. The beds were uneven and sloped. They spared every expense.”

It was clear the hotel was about to begin construction on the property which did not allow access to the full parking lot, but there was still enough parking out front. We loved that there was a small Biltmore museum to visit in the hotel too!”
