“Excellent retreat location”

“Huge, lots of room to walk. Balconies are great”

“We love the Village Hotel at Biltmore. Biltmore estate and property itself is just something magical. We love all the activities to do on property. However all that being said, I do believe the Village hotel could use a refresh on the rooms. Even though they are nice and pretty clean, a refurbish is due. Just please don’t raise the prices!”

“Beds were so uncomfortable. They really need to replace these old worn out beds that sag in the middle.”

“Kitchen was well stocked with essentials.”

“Always love this place!!”

“The room had a strong smell of air freshener chemicals. Very loud other guests in hallway. Sheets on one bed seemed stained or not clean”

“The hotel was cool and differently decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and clean. But the housekeeping service wasn’t good at all. Did not clean the room, empty trash cans, leave extra roll of toilet paper when our only one ran out, or leave clean towels & washcloths. “Luxury hotel but informal and easy . A touch of the old Europe in USA.”

“The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!”

“It was a great place to stay, thank you so much”

“Very nice updated, clean and well maintained hotel. Great for the whole family traveling for a baseball tournament. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Close to everything downtown was able to walk to dinner.”

“The property was originally a department store. When we exited the elevator, voice said “ second floor, men’s ware.” Rooms are spacious , we had access to a lobby on the 2nd floor, staff and valet parking much appreciated. Better yet, the hotel is in the heart of the city, food, music, art . Wish we stayed longer.”
