“Comfortable house on a country road running through Jefferson National Forest, about 10 minutes from Appalachian Trail, 30 from Roanoke -- like staying in a cabin but with better facilities. “This was absolutely the best stay we have ever encountered with rentals from VRBO!!! The house was immaculate, well-furnished and the view was oh-so-spectacular. Kitchen is huge and better furnished than my own home (loved the labels on cabinets and drawers). We had a family reunion group on one of the rental days, and the house, porch and yard provided more than enough space for the 25 attendees with room to spare.
