“The drawers for clothing drifted open on their own, but when I told the front desk about that they said they would address it. I’m confident that they have. I left an expensive item there and they contacted me immediately to mail it back to me. The woman at check-in Was very difficult to understand which made things awkward and take a long time. I’m sorry if that sounds bad. All other staff and service was perfect. I love this hotel.”

“Really enjoyed the stay here! We had poolside rooms which was amazing for my kids! I loved that we weren’t literally outside of the pool, there was a bit of separation. The side we were on had a half wall. We could watch our kids but be near our room. Front service was friendly, the restaurant/bar staff was too! Would stay again!”

“Very nice, clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. I had to extend my stay because my husband is in the hospital after a fall accident. I appreciated the little market they have in the lobby for a fast snack, frozen dinner, beverages and dessert. And, breakfast cooked to order in the morning with other choices, wonderful. Deep and another older gentleman (sorry, didn’t get his name) were wonderful help to me. I am very impressed with this hotel.”

“Nice place to stay while we visit Madison , especially for football game days. Great location. Friendly, nice staff. Should have offered us water and tell us about breakfast hours, however. Favorite place to stay in Madison. ”
