“This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.”

“We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...

“We were there one night for a girls trip. Beautiful place. The place was well stocked and very clean. Communication was an A with the host. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. ”

“Property was great-lots of space in the House-garage presents itself for a gathering-for all seasons! kitchen and communal areas-great for visiting. bedrooms were nice. For our group-4 unrelated adults-the bathrooms-one with shower-one with bath-presented the opportunity for juggling-but it worked out! Game room in basement was fun-great feature for all ages. Host was gracious and accommodating in sending something I left behind. I would stay here again. Parking was ample on the property.”

“Fantastic place in Fort recovery. Less than 15 minutes from eldora! Place was super clean and a good place to rest after the races. Would definitely come back. 4 beds and 2 couches. Checkout is 10 am for those who like to sleep.”
