“No thwre was no kitchen. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was hair everywhere. The shower water went down slow. No real light by the jetted tub. Everything was old. And the room smelled. the breakfast was awful. 2nd day breakfast area didnt look like it had been cleaned. Only thing that looked pleasing was the courtyard. Outside doors the locks didnt work. Floor by the shower and tub were dented in. And the breakfast area was FREEZZING COLD!!!! Definitely would not recommend....they...

“The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there. ”

The room had an overall smell of past smoke/meldew probably due to it not being used in a while or not being cleaned properly.
