“We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel.”

The elevator was out of order when we checked in we had to carry our luggage through a maze of hallways on the first floor, up the stairs to the third floor and down two more long hallways and it remained out of order the rest of the stay. Then went to use the pool and it was closed for repairs, and just found out the other reviews the pool was closed for repairs a couple weeks ago so I’m not sure if it...

“The location was a perfect stop over for our 2 day journey. Room was nice, included a little kitchenette . Clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was too soft for my taste, but still enjoyed the sleepover.”

“Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel.”
