“Room and entry were clean enough. Room was tired - like missing baseboard pieces. Worst was the bathroom door that didn’t close and the very very low water pressure in the shower. Check in (manual) was easy as hotel didn’t have access to check in electronically. She was very patient. We would Have checked out if we expected to stay another night.”

“The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell. The keys to the room kept deactivating. The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet. My experience was horrible”
