“The place is beautiful and a lot of activities you can do. The only thing that I don't like was the ants. So many ants. I did not enjoy sitting outside, worrying about being bitten by ants. Overall, the place is beautiful to unwind and relax.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable..parking was easy. There was no breakfast offered at all. The hotel door was a little hard to open.. needed extra force to enter after using card key. Overall, it was priced affordablely for a one night stay during the week.”

“I have never felt more at home at a VRBO than at this one. Everything you need is here and is appropriate for anything you want to cook or do. The backyard is stunning and there were so many wildflowers to see and birds to listen to. Would highly recommend! We heard purple martins, killdeer, mockingbirds, vireos. It was so amazing!”

“This property was better than perfect and Brock was more than helpful! We traveled to Waco to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Baylor. She is in a wheelchair which can make certain accommodations challenging. This property is more ADA accessible than our own home. The house was extremely clean! The pool and outdoor area are gorgeous! Not only were there plenty of towels, but Brock also stocked the freezer with bags of ice. We had an amazing experience!!!”

House is updated with high-end furnishings and appliances. Owner lefts snacks that were welcome after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Waco. ”
