“Very comfortable beds”

“We got checked in to our room and later when my wife was getting dressed two ladies unlocked our door and walked in on her. I went to the front desk to see why that happened. The lady there said that they had us down for another room. Anyway that was worked out. As you got of the elevator and walked on the carpet, there was a hump in the carpet making my wife almost fell. I told the front desk about it. I went to the front desk wanting to purchase a coke and all they had was one!! only one and...

“Probably a negative review of Expedia and much hotel. Checked out a day early and haven’t received my refund. Both sides are blaming the other. Unless this is resolved, I will no longer be using Expedia.”

“Everything was exceptional! Staff, room, parking, everything”

“The pool was not opened, still had cover on it in late July. Sheer curtains in our room were shredded. Hotel had a major pipe to rupture and water was turned off on our departure morning. Hotel responded quickly and water was back on in an hour. Created a delay for an hour for us. Overall the hotel was nice.”

“The air conditioning was liquid, they don’t do anything, not even change us to other room , the room have roaches, and the walls have mold on,”
