“We were there for six days, we NEVER had house keeping come to clean our room, bring clean towels, no service from house keeping the entire time we were at the property. On check in on Tuesday afternoon the person at the front desk had on a dirty shirt and longer hair that looked as though it had not been brushed in days. Not a good first impression at check in. “El resort está en una buena posición frente a la playa y por fuera se ve de lujo, pero si viene a esta propiedad prepárese para pagar absolutamente todo, no me gusto que había moho en el baño, mala ventilación ya que el baño no tenía extractor, aunque vaya por un fin de semana empaque champú, acondicionador y gel de baño, ya que lo que va a tener en la habitación son miniaturas. Por el costo de la habitación no hay incluido nada, al contrario cobran fee hasta por haberte hospedado ahí...

“Was not real pleased. Had an odor. One of the elevators didn’t work. Long time wait for it to go up and down. Bathroom didn’t have tub. Just not real pleased this time. Breakfast was good though.”

“Stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite. It was perfect. Enough room for 4 adults and 2 small children. Very clean and spacious room, hotel staff was great. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Overall I give Galveston Beach Hotel five stars Thank y'all so very much for accommodating myself, my husband, and my son and his family all in the same room”

“The door would stick and was hard to open and close. The bathroom facet was hard to figure out when taking a shower… but all things that can be overlooked! The rooms were nice and great view!”
