“The property was very clean and quiet. A little dark in the room, so more lightening recommended. The shower pressure was fine but the water doesn't get warm or hot. But other than my cold shower, I slept really well. The pillows are amazing and comfortable”

“I had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially for the price. The room was clean, nicely renovated, and had great technology, including a digital “Do Not Disturb” button inside the room. The shower was hot, the fridge was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in after my long drive was amazing. It definitely gives “upscale basic” in the best way—high-end touches while still being budget-friendly. 5 stars!”

“This was my first time to TX and absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Tuscany. Will definitely be returning to try out their infinity pool! Staff was so nice and helpful. My only qualm is that we either needed a bigger/extra trashcan for our room but alas we made it work so it was okay. All in all, I will be returning!!”

“This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in because the floors were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we enter the room anyway. After a long drive, being told to return in an hour was disappointing. When we returned, we asked for compensation for the inconvenience, suggesting free parking for one night. He acted as though we wanted the entire stay...

“The staff were very helpful and polite. I just wish the fan in our room was not so loud while it was running. We had a hard time sleeping due to that. Regardless of that, the location was perfect and easy for us to get around town. Josh, and the other staff working in the kitchen and front desk were very polite. Kudos to the team!”

“The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...
