“When we arrived after midnight, we were told we had no room and could not be accommodated. They were fully booked and we'd have to go elsewhere. After a 3.5 hr drove this was unacceptable. I told them their mistake wouldn't be my inconvenience and that he must find us a room, 15 min later he miraculously found the room I booked. When people are travelling we should not get to our destination ready to go to bed and deal with these types of things”
