“Very nice hotel. The check-in process very efficient and quick. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water with very good water pressure. The balcony overlooking the river was very relaxing, listening to the noise of the water flowing bye. The breakfast was plentiful with very good choices. The attendant at breakfast was very courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend for a good stay in the Sylva NC area.”

“There was a couple of things that we told them about and they didn't do anything to fix. Our fire alarm was not a working alarm. It was hanging off the wall. The lock to the door didn't function right. We had over 5 light bulbs out and they said they would fix but never got fixed. Other than those thing everything was really great. Staff was very friendly.”

“First Patty at check in was beyond sweet and she was so welcoming. Really wonderful employee. There were small things that were lacking like no hand soap and the shower gel was almost empty so really no soap to speak of. Also they have this cute card talking about making yourself an afternoon cup of trees but no tea. And then we returned around 8:45 and ran out to go to our car to grab surfing and left our key in the room. I called the emergency number passed at reception since no one was left...
