“Rented the main house and the other little cabin on the property for me and my sister so we could attend my niece’s wedding. It was the escape we needed from the craziness of the wedding and was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and allowed us to unwind and catch our breath. The view is beautiful and it secluded enough to allow us to relax but close enough to the event to not feel excluded. “To say this property was quiet and peaceful is an understatement. We throughly enjoyed our visit. The host is so kind and responsive. The place was so clean and beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. My husband loved the brown chair in the living room. He said,”this is a man’s chair” He definitely took a few naps in it during our trip. Thank you for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. ”

“One of the best places I've stayed with my family, hands down! My kids spent most of the day catching crawfish and lizards in the creek. We got close with one of the neighbors and it made the trip a million times better. Not only did i feel at home with my kids (hard for me), but i made lifelong memories with my family. The host is great and will help with everything they can”

“Stayed during my kiddo's spring break. Relaxing time. Went to Doe Valley recreation center and rented a side by side. Got muddy and tired! Fun time. ”

“Everything was as described. Beautiful views, beautiful house. All of your needs were met and more. We didnt have any issues, but I know if we did, Karen wouldve been rigjt there for us. Those stairs are no joke, though. If youre in shape, you wont have any issues. If youre older and not in shape, those stairs will kick your butt, lol. We very much enjoyed our stay and exploring the area around. ”

“The back yard made the stay wonderful. It is definitely the focal point and rightfully so. It is gorgeous and serene just to sit on the swing and watch the koi fish. The house is nice as well, although i did find several" hair balls"of rather long hair in the kitchen and bathroom. Along with a used dental stick on the bathroom floor. Margaret also gave us a 2 minute notice that she was coming over to mow the yard which i thought was rather intrusive when we were leaving this morning. We...

“This is a beautiful cabin and i highly reccomend others to go for it and stay at the frog leap lodge. It is very convienient for you to go to the lake, spend time with your family and relax. The cabin also had everything needed for children. Its a very beautiful place. Very family friendly.”
