“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Struttura magnifica, integrata perfettamente nel giardino tropicale in cui sorge. Sull’oceano E con una laguna antistante in cui nuotare o fluttuare comodamente sui Eccellenti i ristoranti all’interno, speciale il Tidepools. Unico appunto per gli ombrelloni di paglia: sono pochi e nessuno controlla che non vengano occupati senza utilizzo effettivo.”

“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. “Amazing pool area and beach right on premises. Never an issue finding chairs at either. Staff was very friendly. Nearby shopping and additional restaurants as well as convenience stores a big plus. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Will return”

“Has two very nice pool areas with barbeques and hot tubs. One pool area had cornhole and a sand volleyball court. Modern and clean buildings. Only downside is no views of the ocean.”
