“Great place in the hill country! We stayed in cabin #23 which was right by the pool. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed watching the deer from our deck.”

“My room and surrounding area was dirty with wasp and crickets inside. The murphy bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. They claimed it to be a presidential suite, however you have to move furniture around just to lay the bed down. The linens were stained and the shower was disgusting with mold and build up inside. We requested a new room multiple times and was denied every time except the last day they told us we could upgrade for 300 more dollars when we already paid 800 plus...

“The initial room had a problem with the air conditioner and the staff moved us to new room immediately. It took less than 5 minutes to resolve it. Great response on staff's part.”
